  • 2 Bedroom (950 Square Feet): PKR 300,000 to 330,000
  • 3 Bedroom (2250 Square Feet): PKR 650,000 to 680,000
  • 4 Bedroom (2950 Square Feet): PKR 810,000 to 850,000

    Dear, a discount of 150000/- PKR on each file is only for the original members or the buyer of the file later (after balloting) will also get this discount. Regards

    BTK open market rates are deadly down and worry news for investors. 2nd instalment is also round the corner. What can be a option either to hold files without paying instalments or get rid of them facing loss.
