Converting Yellow to Red – DHA City Karachi

Sector-3 is ready to live. The roads, boulevards are complete. The plots are ready for construction with 100 percent land ownership. The property in entire DCK is 100 percent mortgageable, accepted by all banks. The commercial areas with mini market has also been completed.

Infrastructure of the roads is being completed on fast-track basis in other sectors too awith immaculate planning at par with international standards.

Immediate Action Plan:

The blue colour depicts fully constructed areas.

Short Term Plan:

Work on fast-track basis under a short term plan has been started and the areas are shown in red.

Extended Term Plan:

The purple colour is for the areas where the development work has already been commenced.
The colour brown shows the areas where the development work has been assigned to highly reputed contractors.
Yellow is for those areas where tender documents are under process.
In short, the entire construction and development work is being done on highest priority.
