DHA City Karachi Residential Plots Advance Tax and CGT 2016

DHA City Karachi (DCK) Project is situated on the Karachi-Hyderabad motorway which is lined along the eastern border of the city. Development work in DHA City is going at fast pace.

Above are the current Advance tax and Capital Gain Tax  (CGT) applicable on the transaction of  Residential plots in DHA City Karachi. Advance tax is applicable on Buyer and the Seller will pay the CGT. However the transfer fee and the CVT Capital value tax which is payable by the Buyer are remain same Rs.75 Per Square Yard CVT and Rs.75 Per Square Yard Transfer fee.

    I want to buy residential plot of 200 or 300 sq yard. Whats the price. Is it available on instalments? By when this project is complete or liveable? Whats the latest developments?who will built the houses and how much it will cost for 200 or 300 yard house?
