DHA Karachi has gained importance and is considered to be the most sophisticated neighbourhood in the city. It has been portioned into 8 phases which occupy approximately 8500 acres of land. Out of 8500, 4000 acres alone come under phase 8.

Since Phase VIII is spread over a larger area, in order to make development easy, it has been broken down into a number of different zones namely A, B, C, D and E. There is also an extension to Phase 8 which is termed as the Sahil Streets.

1. Zone A

Residential:

2. Zone B

  • 120 Yards – 1.55  to 1.60 crore
  • 150 Yards – 1.80 to 2 crore
  • 500 Yards – 2.70 to 3.75 crore
  • 1000 Yards – 4 to 6 crore

3. Zone C & D-II

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 2.25 to 2.50 crore
  • 1000 Yards – 4.25 to 5 crore

4. Zone D-I

Residential

  • 666 Yards – 3 to 4.25 crore
  • 1000 Yards – 4.75 to 5.50 crore
  • 2000 Yards – 8 to 9 crore

5. Zone E

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 2.50 to 3 crore
  • 1000 Yards – 4.25 to 6 crore
  • 2000 Yards – 7.50 to 9 crore

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 2.10 to 2.50 crore
  • 200 Yards – 4.50 to 6 crore

6. Phase VIII-Extension (Sahil Streets)

Residential:

  • 300 Yards – 1.80 to 2.10 crore
  • 500 Yards – 2.10 to 2.40 crore

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 2.10 to 2.50 crore
