Imposition of Added Development Charges in Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi

DHA Karachi is thrilled to inform all its valuable members that the developmental works in several sectors of Phase VIII are taking on a fast pace. Development work is in its advance stage of finishing off, of the listed sectors of Phase VIII:
Sector E-8: development work will be completed shortly.

Sector D: 90% of the development work has been completed.

Sector C: 85% of the development work has been completed.

Sector E: 45% of the development work has been completed.

Commercial Area (Sector A): development work will be completed shortly.

DHA Karachi also intends to open some other sectors also for construction in the near future. Hence, DHA Karachi has decided to impose some additional development charges in the listed sectors:
Sector A – Commercial.

Sector C – Residential and Business Zone.

Sector D – Residential.

Sector E – Residential and Commercial.

Sector E-8 – Residential and Commercial.

Further details of the charges and the schedule will shortly be communicated. The mode of payment will be relaxed and DHA Karachi will ensure maximum convenience of all its members.
